My little piggy is growin...

I'm sittin here watchin Porkchop walk around the family room trying to find something to eat, I started her on piggy pellets yesterday and shes not to happy about that, lol. I gotta give her some tough love today, guess when she gets really hungry she will eat them. Shes gotta learn to like her piggy food. I have to say since I started her on it yesterday mornin shes been way more active, I think feedin her milk & bread was keeping her lazy and sedated. Glad to see her up and movin! She just walked over to her bed area and is all snuggled up beside her stuffed piggy going to sleep... so cute.
Guess I'd better go workout and clean house before she wakes up, lol

I just love porkchop. She is too cute and her piggy friend is cute too. They do get used to the mini pig pellets...she will grow to love them :)

ReplyDeleteGoodwife... For now Porkchop does live in the house, actually in our family room. Its workin out great, she has her own area with her blanket, toys, water bowl, food bowl and potty box. She knows thats her area now during the day she will go over to it, get comfy and take her naps, she sleeps all night there too. I let her roam the family room, I'm always in here with her to watch her and when I do need to do things or if I leave the house (and at night) I block her in her area to keep her safe. Shes just like havin and trainin a new puppy. When its nice out I take her outside for playtime. Then the plan is for her to live outside in her pig pen when shes older... we will see, lol

ReplyDeleteLOL! No.......hubs said NO WAY! I said, but it would be such a great Christmas gift for The Youngun.........LOL! He is wanting to get a couple to butcher and I told him it could live out there with them, but he said NO! ;)
