Cocoa, Boots and The Blue Bucket...

No matter where they are in my yard
When I shake "The Blue Bucket" of goat candy...

They come running!

 " We Want Candy!"

Sometimes I tease them, especially Boots...
being a wether he doesnt need a lot of goat candy

Its takin me almost 7 months to make friends with my 2 kids...
they are really starting to trust me and if I have candy they really love me.

***************************************************************************

They also love their loose minerals BUT...
they love it more when they get to eat it out of  "The Blue Bucket".

Here they are munching away on minerals out of  "The Blue Bucket"

"This stuff is so good... "

I put the loose mineral in their lil container, then they acted like they didnt like it, lol
Werent they just munching away on it?!?!

 "Yuck!"

Cocoas wondering where "The Blue Bucket" is?

I pulled it back out and look at these silly lil goats, cant get enough, lol

I have to hide "The Blue Bucket" under my shirt...
this is how I walk around my yard, bucket belly, lol

Boots busted in the feed shelter ( he followed me in there)
and found the bag of loose minerals... yum yum

They are learnin what the stand is for and
they know they get goat candy there when I trim their hooves

" Just hand over the candy and no body will get hurt!" lol

  1. They all sure do love their "goat candy" no matter what it is! Mine go absolutely BONKERS over raw, in the shell, unsalted peanuts! ;)

  3. I love your goats and had someone give me one because they couldn't keep her in the fence, but every time I take pictures of her she looks very skinny and the funny thing is she isn't. I took her to get breed and I just got her home today and took pictures and she is almost 2 months pregnant if it took and it looks like it did but she looks skinny in the pictures. Our vet said she was a great weight for a Nubian goat before I dropped her off and now she is twice as big. I hope she is pregnant because the kids want to show the babies in the fair next year.
