I bundled up and went out by the coop this evening to watched some chicken tv. Then I waited for everyone to go in and get settled so I could try to take a head count... (I think they were all in, I didnt see any under the coop)
Heres what I've come up with...
34 chickens and 5 guineas (25 laying girls, 3 roosters, 3 chickies from Sept. hatch and 3 chickes from Nov. hatch)

Look how tiny the bantam one is compared to the other two, lol.They stick together!

Its fine... they do like to chase the chickens away from the scratch, I think it would be better if they had their own space and we had a net over the chicken run to keep them out. I love watching them walk around the yard and I'm glad they eat the ticks. What really sucks is some of our neighbors guineas hear me feeding ours and fly over, go in the run and chase my chicken/guinea away from the scratch, makes me so mad! I dont buy that feed for them! lol.
