March Chickies 1st Time Outside

Its been so nice here lately...

I got to take the March chickies out for the 1st time, I just loving watching them. They have been out alot since these pictures were taken.

* I sold 10 of the chickies already to a friend and her family... we THINK 3 roos and 7 pullets. It sill be fun to see if we are right, These are their 1st chickies =)

The other 5 are going to their new family today, they are really excited to get their new chickies

*Update on April Hatch: Put 42 eggs in bator on April 2, hatch day is around April 22. I candled the other night and took out 2 yolkers, so theres 40 eggs growing right along. I'm not going to candle again until lockdown.

*Update on broody hen: I'm going to candle sometimes this weekend. I dont think things are going too good, my broody doesnt like her area in the coop I think she would rather be in the thicket with her nest. I see her sitting on her eggs, but it seems shes off them alot too.
