About Stars 2013 babies and their new homes...

Thought I'd better share this about Stars 2013 kids...
I know before I even breed my girls I cant keep all the babies.  I've had a goat waiting list in 2011. I dont have the money or the room so I find them loving homes so far with friends I trust. It makes me so happy to know I can love on the babies all I want right now, spend as much time with them as possible then when its time their new families will come get them... they are getting healthy, friendly, happy goats from my lil farm.

All 3 are goin to wonderful, loving homes in a few short months.

This lil girl has been goin to my friend Stephanie over at Buttered Bread Homestead even before she was born... Stephanie has been on my goat waiting list for 2 doelings since May/June 2012.  What makes my heart so happy is that I'll still get to see her, watch her grow, love on her since she will only be 10 minutes away. We are prayin that Tulip is gonna give us atleast 1 more doeling but if she doesnt then Stephanie will get a buckling (wether) so Ruby will have a friend.  Stephanie and her girls are gonna be great goat mommas, so far they have been over every day to visit their lil Ruby.

I've been talkin with another friend Susie about these two sweet bucklings since they were born... she emailed me asking me if I knew anyone who had 2 baby goats for sale, shes just wanting 2 goats for pets, not milking.  So I suggested 2 wethers for her... wethers make wonderful pet.  wether is a castrated male goat. They do not stink like intact males and make great pets because they aren't aggressive. Who just had 2 new bucklings for sale... me!  So when its time I will be taking them to my vet so he can do the deed.  I'm very happy that Susie and her family will be buying these 2 sweeties from me as pets... they are animals lovers.  I know that Susie is gonna be a good goat momma, she will love them like I do and she lives a bid further than Stephanie but I can still go see them and visit, plus I can watch them grow on facebook, Susie is a picture takin/sharing fool like me!

We call this one Hershey...
but his new family has named him Cash

We call this one Peanut Butter...
but his new family has named him Willie

*** I'm blessed and so thankful God has found great loving homes for my babies again this year!

  2. They are all so cute! I bet it is hard to part with them when the time comes, but much easier knowing that they are going to good homes. I'm getting goat fever now, haha.

  5. The best of both worlds -- enjoy them yourself and then pass on to deserving, caring farm families.
