Mika, Harley & A New Toy...

I'm having a nice slow, relaxing crochet day...  

Workin on some blankets and I made Mika & Harley a new kitty toy

 We dont wanna play right now mom...

 We just wanna stretch in the sun...

 and sleep the day away.

 Well... maybe we'll just play for a minute

 Ok, enough playtime... back to sleepin now

Hey mom... btw thanks for the new toy, we love it.

Today has been a great relaxing day. Now I'm gonna go put the goat boys in their pen then sit on the back porch and enjoy the cool evening.  

Ally Cats 6 Weeks Old Kittens...

Soooo I never got around to posting about Ally Cats kittens born on 6/21/12... sad, I know, lol.  But heres a few pics of the lil cuties.  They are 6 weeks old this week and I'm trying to find homes for them... so far no luck.  There are 5 girls & 1 boy :)

Its been a couch, tv & crochet kinda day here & I'm enjoyin it :)

The only things I HAVE to do today are...

Feed/Water The Barnyard Animals

Everything else can wait til tomorrow

Farm Update: Kids, Kittens, ducklings... Oooo My.

Seems I always have so much to share & I get wayyyy behind, lol

Peanut was 3 weeks old last weekend... hes doin great. He really is Ringos shadow, I love to hear them callin for each other down in the barnyard. All the other goats have pretty much accepted him, they will give him a push every once in awhile.

(Ringo is 3 months old now)

The 5 kittens are so much fun to have around... they stay in the family room & kitchen now. Ya gotta watch out where ya step or ya might just squish one! They will goin to their new homes startin next week. I am keepin one. The lil calico girl with white on her face :)

They 3 week old ducklings are doin great... Lu Lu is such a great momma duck, shes hasnt lost any of her ducklings. They walk everywhere & stay close to the barnyard at feedin time

More sweet ducklings started hatchin yesterday... Scarlett has her nest under the shed so I really dont know how many have hatched yet.

Garden is tiled up & ready to be planted when my honey says... Lets do it. He did plan some giant sunflower seeds the other day.

& we cant forget about yummy farm fresh eggs... I get anywheres from 20-30 eggs a day right now, its great. Been sellin eggs, which is always nice & I've been freezing some of my extra eggs (I am gonna post about that on my other blog... All Because 2 People Fell In Love ) soon. I did sell 5 hens yesterday so production will go down alittle, til some of my younger girls start layin.

Spring 2012 Births: Kittens

Well we've had more kittens born on Our Little Farm this year... Ally Cat blessed us with 5 lil cuties monday mornin. It looks like we have 3 boys (the black ones) & 2 girls (the tortoise/calico ones). I do plan on gettin her spayed this year. Now I gotta work on findin good homes for them.

Ya Think Their Spoiled?

& its all my fault, lol

Piper & Ally Cat must have their warm bowl of goats milk in the mornin & evenin... my wonderful spoiled farm kitties. They better pay it forward & catch all the mice this winter.

* I do have another sad story... Jynx our farm tom cat went missin about 2 weeks ago, he hasnt been seen so I guess something happened to him, I just dont see him leaving a good home, he had it made here on Our Little Farm. He stayed down in the barnyard with the farm animals & would greet me everytime I went down... miss you Jynx. He was a good tom cat.

Ally Cats Kittens... 5 weeks

"Gizmo"

Ally Cats Kittens are 5 weeks old now... they are so loveable & friendly. They have started using the litter box & eatin solid foods. All the kittens have homes they will be goin to.

Update on Piper & Jynx: I got them fixed last Tuesday :)

They are active & playful now :)

Goodbye sweet kittens... 1, 2 & 3

We said goodbye to 3 kittens last week...

Their all doin great with their new families.

Little buddy will be leavin us soon too

Kittens 6 weeks/Farm Friend Friday

Blogger was down all day so I couldnt get this post on sooner! Anyways... Pipers kittens are 6 weeks old now. They are doin great & will be goin to their new homes through out the next few weeks, makes me happy & sad at the same time. I love havin them here & watchin them play. They really run through the house now, lol

Ally Cats Kittens... 1 week

I hope yall arent sick of kitten pics yet...
cause I have alot more kitten post to go, lol
Ally Cats kittens where a week old yesterday. I dont mess with them right now, I check on them when I feed Momma (momma & kittens are in our laundry room, while Piper & her kittens are in Kaylins room.) Allys kittens are tryin to open their eyes, they are big, chubby cute kittens.

Kittens 5 weeks/ Farm Friend Friday

Pipers Kittens are 5 weeks old now & so fun to have around. They are so friendly & playful... this week they realized there was great big world to explore beyond Kaylins room, lol. Now they come & go from their bedroom, they love to play in the familyroom on the couch...

I'm really gonna miss the lil boogers when they are gone :(
