Beautiful Eggs...



* I've been gettin on average 15 eggs a day... give or take a few some days. I have 30 hens of laying age. I think every hen that could go broody this year, did! lol Then alot of my chickens are molting.

    My chickens gave me 9 eggs yesterday(was gettin 3-5)..Outta 14 layin hens. Been very slow lately..I dont count the silky pen eggs this is just from my big girls. Next month my 27 new girls SHOULD start layin for us. We shall see...

    Hey Nicki... This Saturday I will be in Shepherdsville at Salt River Park for one of my sisters little girls b-days (around 4ish. You could meet me there (see some of the family) for eggs, if ya want. Let me know, or I'll be back down in acouple weeks to sell in Hillview :)

    my hens have just started to pic back up... I hope they keep at it. Need those home-grown eggs, yummm!

    I got plenty of molting birds. The layers' lot is covered. If I gathered and cleaned the feathers I could fill a bed. The younger gals still manage 3 dz a day or so.
