I'm linking up to Murrieta 365: First of the Month - Round Two:
Subject: My Kinder Dairy Doe, Tulip
Subject: My Kinder Dairy Doe, Tulip
* Tulip was bred on Dec. 11, 2010. She is due to kid May 4 (146th day) - May 8 (150 day). The beginning of each month I'll take pics of her, so you can watch her grow, kid & mother her kids...
This is gonna be exciting. This is all new to me so I'm learning as I go. If you have any advice you think I need to know, please feel free to share :) Heres a pic. of her at 1 month & 2 months** I have another Doe pregnant... Star, (she is Tulips daughter). Stop back in sometimes this week to read about her.
Hmmm.......I'm guessing she isn't triplets this time, but we shall see.........
ReplyDeleteLooks like she's coming right along. I'm sure she'll be fine at kidding. After all, she does have experience even if you don't. :-)
ReplyDeletethey always look so uncomfortable to me for some reason while they are pregnant. she is a cutie!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
ReplyDeleteShe definitely has her baby bump going on! ;-) She is such a pretty goat, we don't have many Kinder goats around here but I think I like them!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous of your goats. It was always been my dream! this is goingto be interesting.
ReplyDeleteLove that dark streak down her back. Is that typical of her breed? Admire all you first time goat tenders and how you're learning as you go.
ReplyDeleteBest wishing for a happy kidding. She looks great. I have no info, because I'm still waiting for my first experience.
